We are now expanding our team and looking for a Front Desk Executive who brings both operational acumen and a flair for client-centric hospitality.

Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functioning of our clinic. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative and basic clinical operations, ensuring a seamless client journey—from consultation to post-treatment care. This is a dynamic,



hands-on role that combines scheduling, client communication, team coordination, and service promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage check-ins, consultations, and appointment scheduling
- Answer calls and respond to patient queries
- Manage incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms; ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain treatment schedules, doctor’s calendars, and client records using clinic software/CRM
- Handle billing, petty cash, and expense records
- Manage the clinic floor and appointment queue
- Book appointments using Clinic ERP software (training provided)
- Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for smooth clinic operations
- Ensure stock management, inventory tracking, and timely procurement of clinic supplies
- Assist in developing and managing pricing packages, service plans, and promotional offers
- Track clinic KPIs, feedback, and client satisfaction metric
