About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the US market.
- Understand client requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Support sales strategies to achieve business development goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.E./MCA or any technical field.:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Interest in sales, business development, and client interaction.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.




- Willingness to learn business development and sales processes.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the US IT market and technology industry.
- Experience with LinkedIn networking and lead generation.
- Understanding of software services, SaaS, or IT consulting.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is an advantage.

Work Requirements
- Comfortable working in US shift timings.
- Open to relocation to Jaipur if selected.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients.

- Freshers with a technical background and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
