Key Responsibilities

- Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications:
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams:
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, and trims:
- Oversee sampling process and ensure design accuracy and quality:
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for timely production:
- Ensure designs are optimized for e-commerce performance and customer appeal.
