Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Nutritionist with a strong sales mindset who can effectively

communicate the value of our products to customers. This is a D2C-focused role, where

you will bridge the gap between nutritional expertise and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized nutrition guidance to customers based on their health goals

Explain product benefits using strong scientific and nutritional knowledge

Drive sales by recommending the right products to customers

Handle customer queries across channels (calls, chats, social media, etc.)

Build trust with customers through explicit and confident communication

Stay updated with wellness, nutrition, and industry trends

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:




2-3 years of experience in nutrition, wellness, or related field (preferably D2C)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of nutrition and scientific terminologies

Ability to confidently explain products and convert leads into customers

Interest in health, wellness, and nutraceutical products

Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach

Preferred:
Experience in nutraceutical or supplement brands

Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role
