Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, presenting the company's IT services, generating sales opportunities, and supporting the complete sales cycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in US night shift timings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients through online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valuable time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services, software solutions, or digital services to international clients is preferred.
