In this role, you will play a key part in managing our daily operations, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere for visitors and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and partners, maintaining a professional and cheerful workplace.
- Administrative Operations: Assist with document management and filing, typing, printing, scanning, and maintaining organized physical/digital filing systems.
- Office Maintenance & Inventory: Keep track of office supplies, stationary, and basic amenities; coordinate timely restocking to ensure hassle-free daily workflows.
- Basic Billing & Expense Logs:



Maintain simple records of daily office expenses and courier details.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification in any stream.
- Communication: Confident and polite communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi].
- Personality: Punctual, well-groomed, organized, and proactive with a positive approach to multitasking.
- Experience: Prior experience in front-desk/admin roles is a plus, but motivated freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
