Associate Manager (Accounting)
- Role Overview:
This is an individual contributor role that will play a key role in System implementation & Finance transformation program as an active member of the External Financial Reporting Workstream. This individual will help design, test, document, and operationalize future-state external reporting processes, controls, data flows, and reporting technologies while ensuring business requirements are met and regulatory reporting obligations continue to be delivered accurately and efficiently. This will be the primary responsibility for the duration of the project anticipated to run through 1Q 2029.

Beyond the project, this role will support the preparation, analysis, and review of financial information provided to external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, auditors, rating agencies, and other third parties. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, regulatory filings, disclosures, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements,



and internal control expectations.

In this role, the individual, will leverage contemporary cloud-based financial reporting, consolidation, analytics, and disclosure management platforms to streamline reporting processes, enhance data integrity, and support the delivery of regulatory and financial disclosures. The role partners across Finance and Technology teams to maximize the use of reporting automation, workflow management, and data-driven insights within the organization's digital finance ecosystem.
