Job Opening: E‑Commerce Executive

Location: Gam, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 2-4 years (e‑commerce operations)

Responsibilities:*
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
- Create & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Inventory planning & stock management
- Handle orders, returns, refunds & RTO
- Monitor pricing, competition & Buy Box
- Run deals, offers, coupons & campaigns
- Manage basic Amazon/Flipkart Ads (PPC)
- Maintain account health & compliance
- Handle customer queries & reviews
- Coordinate with Seller Support
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Assist in recent product launches

Requirements:*
- 2-4 years’ experience in e‑commerce operations
- Knowledge of online marketplaces
- Basic Excel & inventory management skills
- Valuable communication skills
