Hiring: Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks strategy, not just content.

This role is for someone who can manage 5-8 brands simultaneously, while ensuring consistency, performance, and growth across platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple brands
- Manage content calendars, posting, and brand positioning:
- Work closely with design & video teams for execution
- Track performance (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize accordingly:
- Understand what works vs what looks valuable — data > assumptions:
- Ensure each brand has a clear and consistent voice

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content:
- Strategic thinking + execution mindset
- High ownership and consistency
