- Admission Process: Assist students with documentation, registration, and fee collection procedures.
- Targets & Metrics: Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets while delivering top-quality counseling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (12th Pass + relevant experience may also be considered).
- Experience: Freshers with robust communication skills or professionals with 6+ months of experience in counseling, telesales, or customer care.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic-to-fluent English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Active listener,



persuasive speaker, empathetic, and confident when speaking to students and parents.
