Job Title: Computer Operator

Gulab Oils and Food Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed FMCG organization specializing in edible oils and food products. With a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, the company continues to strengthen its footprint across regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily sales orders, billing data, dispatch details, and stock movements into ERP/Tally
- Maintain accurate inventory records including inward, outward, and closing stock
- Prepare and update MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, stock, and outstanding payments
- Support billing and accounts teams with data verification and document management
- Maintain systematic digital and physical filing of invoices, challans,



and reports
- Update price changes, schemes, and customer master data in the system as instructed
- Assist in preparing daily productivity and operational reports for management review
- Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and confidentiality of company information
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for data confirmation and corrections

Requirements:
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Tally systems
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing setup preferred
- Accuracy, speed, and discipline in data handling

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
