- The Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own demand generation and growth at Metaforms — building the systems, campaigns, and narratives that bring our platform in front of the right buyers and convert their attention into pipeline.

This is a senior, high-ownership role.



You'll be the first person dedicated to demand generation at Metaforms — owning the growth side of marketing end-to-end while collaborating closely with our Brand and Storytelling function that's already in place. You'll build the demand gen engine from scratch, defining the strategy, choosing the channels, and executing hands-on while the team is lean. You'll work closely with the Founder, Product, and Sales to ensure everything you ship is grounded in deep customer and market understanding. If you thrive in zero-to-one environments and want to own a growth function end-to-end, this role is for you.
- What You'll Own

Demand Generation and Pipeline
- Own the demand generation strategy and execution across channels — content, paid, outbound, events, and partnerships
- Build and optimise a repeatable pipeline engine that drives qualified leads to the Sales team
- Define and track the metrics that matter — MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution — and hold yourself accountable to them
- Run structured experiments across channels and messaging, doubling
