Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Inbound (Voice) - Freshers only

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) Saturday and sunday fixed week off
Shift Timing:10am - 6pm (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹14,500 - ₹25,000 per month (based on English Fluency)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Executives to join our growing team at Saisha Tours and Travels. The role involves handling inbound calls of our customer regarding to solving their queries or questions.



Provide accurate resolutions to customer's problem and take feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Attend Inbound calls of customers.
- Explain packages and help in booking procedure.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.

Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
