About the Role

INT Enterprise Group is looking for a hands-on, result-oriented Marketing Head to own and drive marketing strategy across its four business verticals — Travel, BPO, Food & Indian Ecommerce, and Courier & Cargo. This is a senior, group-level role responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth through digital-first strategies, with a strong focus on international / western-country markets.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and execute the overall marketing strategy and calendar across all four business verticals, aligned to each vertical's revenue goals.
- Lead international marketing efforts for western countries (USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia) — market research, positioning, and localized campaigns for travel and courier/cargo services.
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), owning budgets and ROI/ROAS targets.
- Own SEO strategy — on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content strategy — to build organic visibility for each vertical's website/ecommerce store.
- Build and manage an influencer marketing program (India and international) to drive brand awareness and conversions, especially for the food/ecommerce vertical.
