We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Etsy, Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, images, pricing, and other required information.
- Manage product catalogues and ensure all product information is accurate and updated across marketplaces.
- Handle new product listings, bulk uploads, inventory updates, and price updates.
- Monitor and process marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain inventory and stock synchronization to minimize overselling or stock-related issues.
- Work on improving product visibility, rankings, and marketplace performance.
- Understand and implement basic marketplace SEO and keyword optimization, especially for Etsy, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Manage marketplace offers, discounts, promotions, and participation in platform sales events.
- Monitor account health, listing errors,



suppressed listings, policy issues, and other marketplace-related concerns.
- Raise and follow up on support tickets/cases with marketplace support teams whenever required.
- Track sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth e-commerce operations.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and current growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on knowledge of Etsy Seller, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Seller Central, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations and catalogue management.
- Knowledge of product listing, category mapping, attributes, SKU management, pricing, and inventory.
