Position: Commi II/III
Location: Anjuna, Goa
Experience: 1-3 years in a qualified kitchen
Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Chef.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of dishes.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Manage mise-en-place and ensure workstation cleanliness.
- Support inventory and storage maintenance.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:




- Previous experience working in Continental / Fusion / Cafe-style kitchens preferred.
- Passionate about cooking, learning, and growing in the culinary field.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-energy environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Respectful, reliable, and positive attitude.
