Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development | Location: Nashik / On-Site

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce DESENO's services and set up meetings.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing and presenting proposals, pitches, and service packages.
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
- Conduct basic market intelligence and competitor research to support the sales strategy.
- Represent DESENO at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to support retention and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA,



BMS, BE, etc.).
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers and final-year students awaiting results are welcome to apply.

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in sales/marketing is preferred, but not required.
- No prior agency background required — on-the-job training will be provided.

Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable initiating conversations with recent people.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
