Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain Japanese dishes, sushi, sashimi, beverages, and daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to fine dining and Japanese service standards.
Ensure timely clearing, resetting, and preparation of tables.
Handle guest requests, allergies, and special dietary requirements professionally.
Build solid guest relationships and ensure memorable dining experiences.

Job Expectations:
Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Work closely with the restaurant team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.

Minimum Job Experience: 1-3 years
