What will you do:
Office Administration & Management
- Day-to-day construction management and document Control & Information Management
- Establish and maintain an efficient Document Management System
- Control all incoming and outgoing documents (letters, drawings, reports, submittals, etc.)
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and traceability




- Maintain document registers (incoming/outgoing, drawings, submittals, transmittals)
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project data

What you bring:
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with 7 years of experience in the relevant field

Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, quality control and quality testing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment
