A dependable right hand to own day-to-day operations, keep follow-ups from slipping through the cracks, and manage the calendar so nothing gets missed. This is a hands-on, high-trust role at the center of how the business runs day to day.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar; schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and client appointments
- Track action items and follow-ups across clients, vendors, and the internal team; chase status updates through to closure
- Coordinate with the internal team (developers, designers, project coordinator) to track project timelines and flag delays early
- Maintain and organize contracts, invoices, client records, and general documentation
- Handle basic vendor and client coordination — quotations, follow-ups, meeting reminders
- Support HR-adjacent admin: attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, filing
- Prepare short status summaries (weekly task list, pending follow-ups) for the Founder
- Arrange travel and logistics when required




- Handle ad-hoc research and admin tasks as they come up

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as an EA, PA, office coordinator, or admin executive — strong freshers with excellent communication will also be considered
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Robust organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple open threads at once
- Proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Reliable and detail-oriented; takes ownership without needing hand-holding
- Based in Mumbai

Nice to Have
- Prior experience in an IT services or agency environment

Work Hours:
Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
