- Key Responsibilities- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.- Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle.- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.-
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.- Work with Git-based version control and follow established development workflows.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Required Skills & Qualifications




- 4-5 years of qualified experience in Full Stack Web Development.- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).- Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and API integration.- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API security.- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.-
- Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.- Familiarity with Express.js or NestJS.- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
