HyreSpot is hiring a motivated and organised HR Recruiter to support its growing recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Work towards assigned daily and weekly sourcing, interview, and closure targets.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Share regular recruitment progress reports with management.

Eligibility and Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR hiring, or staffing.
- Fresh graduates with robust communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Any graduate qualification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.




- Comfortable working with daily and weekly performance targets.
- Previous experience using job portals or social media for recruitment will be an advantage.

Work-from-Home Requirements
- Personal laptop or desktop computer is mandatory.
- Stable and reliable internet connection is required.
- Must be available during the assigned working hours.
