Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience Required: 5-6 months of experience in US IT recruitment
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to IT professionals regarding job opportunities.
- Meet daily/weekly call, submission, and recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing processes and technologies.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
