Role Overview

The Administrator will lead the school's growth and operational leadership. This is a rare opportunity to build enrolment from the ground up and establish the school as the first choice for families across the region, while ensuring the institution runs smoothly day to day. This role works alongside the Principal, who leads academics, with a explicit division of academic and operational responsibilities.

Engagement Structure

We are offering a phased onboarding designed to fit around your current commitments:
- Advisory phase (October-November 2026 onwards): Light, part-time involvement — a few hours a week, remotely — to guide key early decisions such as admissions strategy, marketing planning, community outreach, and operational setup.
- Full-time phase (April-May 2027): Full on-campus leadership as the school moves into operation.
