- Generate recent sales leads through outbound calling and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by building customer trust.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the showroom, sales team, and logistics department for order processing.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary furniture and home décor products.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales performance updates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
