We are currently expanding our USA-focused lead generation business and are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our US-based clients.

Job Overview

We are looking for someone who has robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns and lead generation.

Experience working with USA-based clients or campaigns will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns for USA-based clients.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Call and Performance Max campaigns where appropriate.




- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
- Create and optimise ad groups, keywords, ads and extensions/assets.
- Build and maintain negative keyword lists.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets and targeting.
- Focus on improving leads, CPL, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse search terms, CTR, CPC, conversions and other campaign metrics.
- Identify wasted ad spend and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Suggest landing-page improvements based on campaign performance.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and MIS.
- Troubleshoot tracking and campaign-related issues.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with the content, website and marketing teams when required.
