Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Explain waterproofing services, pricing, warranty and service processes.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Schedule site inspections and coordinate with the field team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure proper communication.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive,



Customer Support Executive or similar role preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.
- Sales-oriented attitude and ability to convince customers.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
