About the Role

Blueisland Clothing is looking for organized and customer-focused professionals to join our growing e-commerce operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage daily e-commerce orders accurately

Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates

Coordinate with courier partners regarding delayed, undelivered, and returned shipments

Handle delivery reattempts, address changes, cancellations, replacements, and refund requests

Update order and customer information accurately in company systems

Escalate unresolved customer or courier issues to the appropriate team

Maintain daily records, trackers, reports, and follow-up lists

Ensure professional and courteous communication at every customer touchpoint

Meet operational accuracy, response-time, and customer-service targets

Mandatory Requirements

Good spoken and written English





Good spoken Tamil

Good attention to detail

Customer-handling and problem-solving ability

Willingness to work from our Madurai office

Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced e-commerce setting

English and Tamil communication skills are mandatory for this position.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam

Previous experience in e-commerce operations or customer support

Experience with Shopify, order processing, logistics, courier coordination, or online retail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Any degree or relevant qualification

Freshers with strong English and Tamil communication skills are welcome
