Roles and Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst (Banking Operations & Analytics) accomplishes results by contributing significantly to the bank's success by focusing on data insights, storytelling, and navigating business scenarios. Acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and deliver value.
Their primary role is to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing business processes, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.
- Understanding Business Needs:Supporting Business Execution activities for Chief Operating Officer, implement analytical solutions to manage banking operations like spend and utilization insights with contextualized metrics.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, which may include Process Automation / Optimization and data visualization techniques.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing current "as-is" business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. They then design "to-be" processes that incorporate best practices and leverage technology.
