Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages.

About the Role

Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Digital Doctor Clinic. The HCA will assist patients, perform basic health screenings, collect pathology samples, operate diagnostic equipment, coordinate teleconsultations with registered doctors, manage pharmacy support, and ensure compliance with all company SOPs.

- Welcome and register patients.
- Create and update patient records in the Digital Doctor Clinic software.
- Guide patients throughout the consultation process.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
