- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for the Claims Agentic AI Platform and associated product portfolio
- Establish long-term product vision aligned with enterprise AI strategy, operational transformation goals, and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, and knowledge-driven decision systems
- Translate business challenges into scalable platform capabilities and reusable services
- Drive product investment decisions based on business impact, customer needs, adoption metrics, and ROI
