About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Improve the UI/UX of existing and upcoming digital platforms.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive dashboards and optimize user journeys for better usability.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Work closely with development teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech ,B.E, Computer Science Engineering,IT (Information Technology) or a related discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, dashboard design, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and contemporary design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend design best practices will be an added advantage.
- Strong visual design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
