About the Role

Vibrantick Infotech Solutions is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator Intern who is passionate about technology, software development, and project management. The intern will work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Development, UI/UX, QA, Digital Marketing, and Support teams.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Project Requirement Documents (PRD), and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Create and manage project tasks using Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Follow up with developers regarding assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients.




- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Report project risks, delays, and blockers to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality standards and project delivery timelines are met.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Web Development (PHP, Laravel, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with APIs and software workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
- B.Tech (Computer Science, IT and related branches)
- MCA
- BCA graduates with robust technical knowledge may also apply.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome.
