Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable, exceptionally organized, and warm Unit Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our preschool center in Bellandur. In this role, you will be the driving force of the center managing daily operations, leading our teaching and support staff, building exceptional parent relationships, executing localized marketing, and ensuring absolute compliance with all our established protocols and digital tools.

Core Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Center Operations: Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the preschool and daycare center to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and seamless workplace.
- Protocol, Process & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure 100% strict daily adherence to all established Dibber operational checklists, deep cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and center hygiene standards.
- App & Tech Administration:



Act as the primary administrator for our dedicated preschool app, auditing and ensuring that teachers update daily logs (attendance, meals, activities, milestones) accurately, and utilizing the platform as the primary tool for real-time parent engagement.
- Team Leadership & Academic Quality: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a warm-hearted team of teachers and support staff. Conduct weekly lesson plan audits and classroom observations to ensure the curriculum is delivered beautifully.
- Admissions & Revenue Growth: Welcome visiting families, conduct comprehensive center tours, handle admissions inquiries confidently, and drive center enrollments.
- On-Site & Off-Site Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to boost school visibility:
