About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to independently handle legal matters related to real estate, land acquisition, property transactions, construction projects and corporate legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle land acquisition, land title verification, due diligence and property documentation.
- Review and draft Sale Deeds, Agreements, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, MoUs, POAs and other legal documents.
- Manage legal matters related to MIDC / industrial land, construction and real estate projects.
- Conduct title searches, property documentation and legal risk assessment.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Handle litigation, notices, disputes and legal proceedings in coordination with external counsel.




- Provide legal advice to management on property, contracts, compliance and business transactions.
- Maintain proper records of all legal documents, cases and agreements.
- LLB is mandatory; LLM will be an advantage.
- 10-15+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Solid experience in Land Acquisition / Real Estate / Property Law / Construction Law.
- Experience in title due diligence and property documentation is essential.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling legal matters and advising senior management.

Preferred

Senior Advocates / In-house Legal Counsel / Legal Managers with strong hands-on experience in land and property matters will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
