Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, digital enquiries, and industry events.
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, industries, government organizations, and corporate clients to promote Vinfra Projects' services.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with project, production, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, payments, and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Represent Vinfra Projects at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in construction, steel structures, PEB, roofing, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.
