Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA regulations.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and approval processes.
- Design Master plans for Industrial, Commercial, Residencial & hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Able to handle Maha Fire, BPMS & BPAMS portal for online submissions and approval processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Arch with 2-3 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of UDCPR, MIDC and approval processes.
- Experience handling projects from concept stage to execution.
- Familiarity with BPMS portal working and documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
