Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (PPC) campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:
- experience/knowledge in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC).
- Positive understanding of social media strategy, lead generation, and analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
