Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities for AI-powered WhatsApp automation, customer engagement, and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nosnia.ai solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and close high-value business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product,



Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Solution Selling.
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Understanding of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend technology solutions.
- Robust relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
