The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for managing end-to-end residential and commercial interior design projects, from client consultation and concept development to working drawings and execution support. The role requires robust design creativity, technical expertise, and project coordination to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and execution-ready designs that align with client expectations and company standards.

The Senior Interior Designer also mentors junior designers and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with mínimal design revisions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, design preferences, and budget.

Conduct detailed design discussions and requirement analysis.

Present design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material options.

Manage client expectations and obtain timely design approvals.

Concept Development

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.

Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design themes.





Recommend materials, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and accessories.

Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

Design Development

Prepare detailed 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.

Develop modular furniture designs, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, and detailed working drawings.

Ensure drawings are technically accurate and ready for production and execution.

Incorporate client feedback and finalize designs.

Prepare and review:

Material specifications

Modular drawings

Hardware schedules

Production drawings

Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and SOPs.

Material Selection

Guide clients in selecting laminates, veneers, acrylics, hardware, countertops, lighting, and furnishings.

Ensure selections align with approved budgets and company material guidelines.
