Sri Ram Hospital is a modern multi-specialty hospital committed to providing high-quality patient care with a focus on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hospital/clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise front office, nursing coordination, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administrative staff.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve patient concerns promptly.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, billing, admissions, discharges, and overall patient flow.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff.
- Maintain employee attendance, duty rosters, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports for management.
- Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure smooth hospital functioning at all times.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or clinic management is mandatory.:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations, patient care processes, billing, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hospital operations.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals is an added advantage.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
