About the Role We are looking for experienced academic leaders who have previously headed or led academic operations at a school. This is a leadership and coordination role — not a classroom teaching position. Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 to 10 years of school teaching experience
Minimum 3 years as Head Mistress, Academic Head, Senior Coordinator, or similar leadership roleB.Ed qualification mandatory; M.Ed preferred
Lucknow: Hindi and English
Key ResponsibilitiesLead academic planning, curriculum delivery, and teaching standards Mentor and develop the teaching team through training and regular feedbackManage parent communication on academic matters Coordinate with the Franchise Manager on school operationsEnsure CBSE compliance and academic quality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
