Tele Sales Executive - Loan Process

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to join our Banking & Financial Services team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain loan products and their benefits.
- Generate leads and qualify customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful loan processing.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
