Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Act as the product owner for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI collaboration tools.
- Lead governance efforts, including evaluating monthly feature releases, determining enablement or disablement strategies, and communicating changes to the business.
- Partner with business units to identify use cases, gather requirements,



and guide the creation of Copilot Studio agents or escalation to Azure AI when appropriate.
- Provide strategic guidance on when to use SharePoint Copilot versus Copilot Studio or Azure AI, ensuring the right tool is used for the right scenario.
- Monitor usage metrics to track adoption, identify underutilized licenses, and implement license reclamation strategies.
- Enable and support business users in agent creation, offering best practices and hands-on support for Copilot Studio development.
- Stay current on Microsoft’s AI roadmap and proactively assess opportunities to enhance digital workplace productivity.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot
