Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud network infrastructures.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, VPNs, wireless, load balancers, and VoIP solutions.
- Manage and optimize routing and switching using BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP, ACLs, NAT, QoS, DHCP, and DNS.
- Deploy and administer Palo Alto firewalls, including GlobalProtect, App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, WildFire, SSL Decryption, and security policies.
- Implement Zero Trust and secure access solutions using Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), VPNs, and identity-based security.
- Design and support Azure networking including VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex network and security issues, perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning to ensure high availability.
- Automate network operations using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible, and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams,



and operational procedures.
- Lead infrastructure projects, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with security and cloud teams, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Network Engineering experience with 3+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Solid experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Firewalls, Azure Networking, and Zscaler.
- Hands-on experience with VPN, Wireless, Load Balancers, VoIP, IDS/IPS, 802.1X, and enterprise network security.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise network, security, and cloud environments.
- Experience with network monitoring, automation, and infrastructure documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
