JINA Jewellery is a growing jewellery brand offering premium Jewellery with an expanding presence across India. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive online sales, optimize ad campaigns, and help scale our brand through data-driven marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to increase sales while maintaining the target ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Track website conversions using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Valuable understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
