About the Company

Hari Chand Anand & Co. (Group HCA) is an established company dealing in industrial sewing machines, têxtile automation solutions, spare parts, accessories, installation, and after-sales services.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Executive to manage IndiaMART enquiries, communicate with prospective customers, follow up on sales leads, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and respond to leads received through IndiaMART.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share product details, quotations, and price information.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle existing clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, accounts,



and dispatch teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and order status.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the management.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client handling.
- Experience handling IndiaMART leads will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
- Experience in machinery, garment, têxtile, or industrial-product sales will be an advantage.
