We are hiring a Back Office Executive (Quotation Engineer) to handle technical and commercial quotations for our Industrial equipment, electrical panels, and industrial fabrication products, including York Chillers and Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers. This is a back-office role involving quotation preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team — no field visits required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical quotations based on client requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and vendors to finalize pricing and technical details
- Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and pricing databases
- Review and interpret technical drawings/RFQs from clients
- Support the sales team with costing sheets, comparative quotes, and proposal documentation

Requirements:




- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google sheet, Outlook
- Positive communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi)
- Prior experience in quotation, estimation, back-office, or technical sales preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
