Job Details:
- Compliance (PF, ESI, P-Tax, Gratuity) Issuance of Employee Identity Card Insurance (Group / Individual) Drafting Standard Appointment Letter (Grade / Scale Wise) Salary Processing Data (Applicability of TDS, Tax Planning Support through Finance) Employee Data (Present, Absent, Leave) Attending to Employee Grievance, Emergency etc. Laying out SOP on Boarding Process for Current Employees Joining Laying out SOP on De-Boarding Process for Employees Leaving or being Laid off. SOP Employee Advance Payment Policy SOP Employee Deduction, Bonus, Incentive Policy Employee wellbeing, motivational events, recreational events, team building events planning and execution.* Recruitment of manpower needs of the company.

Salary - INR 48,000/- TO INR 52,000/- +PF+OTHERS
