Salary range: ₹25,000- ₹35,000

Job Summary:
The Junior Executive - Production is responsible for look after the 3rd part processing, supporting and managing daily production operations to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality output. The role involves coordinating production planning, monitoring processes, maintaining SAP records, and ensuring compliance with GMP, BRC, and food safety standards. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation and driving continuous improvements while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate third-party processing activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes, equipment, quality,



and efficiency; suggest and implement improvements with management approval.
- Manage SAP activities (production orders, Techo closure, data uploads), prepare MIS/shift reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, BRC, food safety, CCP monitoring, and regulatory requirements; maintain zero non-conformance products.
- Perform in-process checks, cleaning verification, equipment readiness, product identification, and non-conformance segregation.
- Forecast production slots, create production orders, and ensure smooth shift-wise operations with continuous material flow.
- Ensure workplace safety, coordinate with planning, stores, and preprocessing teams, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in audits, maintain production and compliance documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
